東京都出身。武術をべースとしたフリースタイルアクロバット

「トリッキング」を バックボーンとしジュニア時代に全国大会優勝を果たす。

その後も好成績を残し続け活躍し、2024年現在日本ランキング2位。

トリッキングをコンテンポラリーダンスやフロアワークなどのムーブメントとミックスさせ、新しい表現方法を提唱、追求している。

指導者としての面もあり、2023年にスイス、フランス、オーストリアを回るワークショップツアーを開催。日本国内でも各地でワークショップや定期レッスンを行い、自身のメソッドの普及を目指している。

I was born in Tokyo, Japan. Freestyle acrobatics based on martial arts called “Tricking" is the beginning of what I am doing now, and I have been tricking since 2015.

As an artist, I have been pursuing new forms of expression by mixing tricking with different things such as contemporary dance and floorwork.

I value the process of challenging the limits of my body, discovering new flows and movements, and taking them into my body and mind to make it my own philosophy through its awareness.

 

As an athlete,I am actively participating in competitive tricking such as tricking battles, and in 2016, I won the Japanese national championship in the junior division.

I have continued to perform well up to the present, and as of 2024, I am ranked second in Japan.

 

I am also a teacher of movement. I have held workshops and classes in Japan and around the world to share my movement methods.
